Joining the AI Refine Editor Network
Our Editor Network is a crucial part of our platform – and our reputation depends on
the quality of the people we onboard. That’s why we have a stringent application and
onboarding process.
It’s relatively quick and stress-free. But it is important. And, in return, you’ll be able to
draw down editing/subbing jobs, earn industry-average day rates, and get paid fast.
There are four main stages to the process:
1. Complete a form to tell us a bit about your background and experience.
2. Complete our three short – but important – tasks.
3. If you’re successful at this stage, you will be required to carry out a 15-minute video
call with our heads of editorial. This is a chance for us to explain a bit more
about our standards – and for you to ask any questions. We also use it to
verify your expertise!
4. Once approved, you’ll be asked to set up a Stripe payment account – so you
can begin working straight away – and get paid within a week of every task.
